Payment
Bachs Bilpleje accepts online payments with Visa, Mastercard, Dankort, Mobilepay Online & PayPal.
Payment will only be debited from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
All amounts on the website include VAT.

Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days.
Bachs Bilpleje ships goods with the following: GLS – Private, GLS – Parcel shop, GLS - Business, - Optional delivery location
The freight is calculated based on weight.
You will be able to choose between having the package sent “without distribution” or “with distribution”.
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.
Prizes
Upon announcement of the competition winner, the winner has 7 days to contact Bachs Bilpleje Shop to arrange delivery or collection of prizes. Failure to do so will result in the prizes being forfeited.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or gift cards. Bachs Bilpleje Shop payments are delivered to the nearest parcel shop. Pick-up is possible by arrangement.
Product reviews
By publishing a product review, you confirm that the product was purchased from us, and that the information is correct and true. Should the product not be purchased from us, or the review be untrue, fake or spam, it may be removed.
We scrutinize every product review so that there are only genuine and honest opinions about the products, both positive and negative.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day full right of return on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 30 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
You will be responsible for any return costs.
Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 30 days after delivery and must reach us no later than 30 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation.
Requests to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to kontakt@bachsbilpleje.shop . The message must clearly state your desire to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Return
If you fail to pick up the goods at Pakkeshop, the goods will automatically be returned to Bachs Bilpleje Shop, and this is considered a cancellation of the purchase. In this case, you will be charged a fee of 60kr in return shipping, which is the actual cost that Bachs Bilpleje Shop has for the return.
Condition of the item upon return
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you must try the goods in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller part or none of the purchase price back. It is up to Bachs Bilpleje to assess the condition of the item.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Act. The warranty applies to all defects in software, materials and manufacturing.
Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to Bachs Bilpleje within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. A maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint is void in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
Bachs Bilpleje covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Business purchases
If a CVR number is stated on your order, or a company name appears in the billing address, you are considered a business customer, the same applies to customers with a business agreement.
The following special conditions apply to business customers:
- No right of withdrawal
- 12 Month Warranty
- Shipping in connection with complaints is at your own expense.
- Business purchases are delivered with distribution, and therefore there will be a shipping cost regardless of the size of the order.
- Gift cards are not paid out
