We all know it, the order is placed and your email is checked far too often. It should have been delivered yesterday. That's why we have collected some frequently asked questions below, which we hope will help you. Please contact Bachs Bilpleje if you have any more questions.
If you order before 4:00 PM and the items are in stock, they will be shipped the same day. If your order is placed on a weekend, it will be shipped the first of each following day.
If you have chosen home delivery, your package will be delivered immediately within the time period 08:00-16:00 with GLS.
If you have a proxy agreement with GLS, they will leave the package at the specified location. If there is no proxy or no one at home, it will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop.
As a rule, packages are sent to the nearest parcel shop, unless otherwise chosen by the customer.
If you do not pick up your package, it will be sent back to Bachs Bilpleje, this is considered a cancellation of the purchase, and you will get your money back minus a fee of 60kr which covers our costs for returns & cancelled purchases.
We are of course sorry that you have regretted it, but you can of course easily get your money back if the item has not been opened and is in its original packaging.
There is no right of withdrawal for business customers.
Once your order has been packed and prepared for dispatch, you will receive an email with Track & Trace. If you believe your package has been dispatched and you have not received Track & Trace, please contact us as soon as possible.
In most situations, your order will be shipped with the carrier of your choice, but in special cases where larger items or batches require special handling, the order will be shipped with Brink Transport. Shipments sent with Brink Transport will always be delivered to your home or business address, and will be delivered even if you are not at home. Brink Transport will call 30 minutes before delivery.
