It is very important that the products have been packaged properly, in short, this means that it must be able to withstand being dropped from a height of 1 meter.

The size of the cardboard box or package it is shipped in does not matter, as long as it is properly packaged so that it does not break during transport.

To return one or more products, you must contact Bachs Bilpleje at kontakt@bachsbilpleje.shop. It is important that it is in writing, and not just by phone. This is for both your sake and ours.

It costs 60,- to return an item, unless it is a complaint that is covered by the right of complaint, in which case this amount will be refunded.

If you return your item physically and it has not been used or damaged, you will not be charged a return fee.

You are more than welcome to return it physically, this also ensures that the item arrives safely. In order to keep track of returned items, it is important to accept the return in writing.

We always offer a 100-day return policy on all our products purchased from Bachs Bilpleje. (Does not apply to Business Agreements)

It is very important that the goods are sent in original packaging, as this can damage the resale value.

Christmas gifts are exchanged until January 31st.

As a general rule, you are welcome to unpack the item, see if it fits and if the description matches. However, the item must be able to be returned in the same condition as when you received it.

In short, this means no scratches and/or damage, same quantity, same condition, and packaging.

You should not open liquid products and use them as the amount will not be the same as when you received it.

We do not offer refunds for Gift Cards.
