Shiny Garage Drop Off - Window Sealant Made Easy
With Drop Off from Shiny Garage, you get a window sealer that is made quite easy. It does not require a lot of knowledge about using ceramic coating, but just following a few simple steps to get the job done.
Drop Off ensures that water does not stick to your windows, and this gives you much better visibility when it rains on the Danish roads. This is especially important when the sky opens up and water really comes down.
You will also avoid having to use your windshield wipers all the time, and this is also the reason why Shiny Garage itself calls it invisible wipers.
How long does window sealant last?
Like all the other ceramic coatings in our range, it requires ongoing maintenance. This is best done by keeping the glass free of dirt, by washing it regularly and thoroughly with a gentle car shampoo or leave-in shampoo.
- Windshield - Up to 6 months
- Side windows - Up to 12 months
You will get the best results if you also prepare the window thoroughly and give it 2 layers of drop off.
How do I apply window sealant?
Make sure to prepare the window for the window sealant.
- Spray Drop Off onto a microfiber applicator so that it is damp.
- Spread it on the window in an even layer, preferably in circular motions.
- Wait 3-8 minutes - let it sit on the window without touching it
- Wipe with a microfiber cloth and
- Wait 6 hours before driving in the rain or washing the car
How do I prepare the window for window sealant?
- Wash and clean the car thoroughly - so that there is no loose dirt or grime on the window.
- Polish it with Glass Polish Pro to remove traffic film and other ingrained dirt.
- Degreased with Scan Inspection Spray , so that the drop off adheres as best as possible
